We’ve been nominated for two blogging awards.
Nominated means people will look at our blog and other blogs

The first one is for all the work you put into our blog at the start of this year like the ‘Mentor a Mini’ idea.

The next one is for the post about when our blog was closed down because something ‘could’ go wrong.
Really I think it is for all those wonderful people (more than 275 comments!) who joined in the discussion, offered support and helped to start some action.
The other nominated posts are very clever, informative, fun, visionary and say a lot about education and the future. Our post was a world wide reaction to what happened to us .. it ‘bounced all over the world’.
It had a great deal of influence and we all learned so much,

I have loved being a miniLegend soooooooooo much. It has helped me with my learning alot. Al Upton has been the best teacher in the world!!!! My cousin was in this class last year. She has helped alot this year aswell. Thank you everyone to who has voted for us in the two awards. We are all hoping to win in at least one of these awards. I would like to thank my mentors. It was fun comunicating with them. I hope next years kids have as much fun as I did this year. I hope next year will be as fun as this year. I hope I will never forget how fun this year was. I like being a mini because we would not be abaul to do the things that we are doing now. I miss not having the blogs because it was really fun to have the blogs but now i am a bit upset because we don’t have the blogs.Thank you guys for helping us and supporting us. Thank you for being my mentor.

When i heard that we were up for an award i was so proud then when Mr upton told us that we were up for 2 awards i was so shocked that people would feel sorry for us. having blogs made us all feel unscared on the net and we could commnicate with other people from other parts of the world. It was so fun being a miniLegend. somewere in our blog there would be a great place for all the other minis that are going to be here next year. if we dont win thats all right because we all had fun but if we won i would be very proud because we lernt a lot. Having mentors was soo Fun i was proud talking to people with would help we with my blog Thank you to all the mentors and my 2 mentors. i wish we just could see our blogs one more time!!!!! me being a miniLegends myself I know how much FUN is was making the blog. I was sad when I had to change to a diffrent class or you could say I had to retire from being a miniLegend.BUT I hope the miniLegends go on forever and ever! and good job for getting nominated.

I think every kid in the wold shoud have a blog. Blogs are really good, they help with all sorts of stuff. I thank every one who help and the mentors are all the best. I was really disapouted about the blog

Being a minilegend is the best thing that ever happend to me. I will miss mr upton when I go into a new class . Life was boring when i was not in his class I knew nothing about blogs.
