Hi everyone !

We got to Bangkok okay. We went to see some real tigers and I got to pat a cub. We also went on a bus tour to the Bridge on the River Kwai and saw an Australian War Memorial. Had a ride on a tuk tuk in Bangkok and it was fun. I bought lots of video games so that I will have great fun when I get home. I have a fake tattoo on my arm, and everyone thinks it is real. Koh Samui is really nice. I have been swimming lots in the pool and the sea and have been playing lots of beach cricket. It’s my dads wedding today and I am giving the rings in the ceremony. Hope everyone is missing me. See you soon.

[Thanks Brodie, in true miniLegend style you kept in touch no matter where you are in the world. Al]

* What do the two items in the pictures have in common?
* What is different?

Be creative with your answers.

1.
elmoschematic visual presenter Yes it’s an Elmo Visual Presenter. You can put a document on it – like a drawing on a piece of A4 paper. Using the camera, it sends the image to the computer which is connected to a projector. Then everyone can see it.  It probably has more features and uses.
The cost for visual presenters is between $610 and $6, 956!

* What do we do in our class that is much cheaper? [Between $170 and $180]
Hint: it also photocopies and prints :)

2.
a bottle of water Yes it’s a bottle of raspberry flavoured water.
(”free from artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners” – “80% less sugar than most soft drinks, cordials and fruit drinks.”)
